About the role: As our HR Coordinator, you’ll be at the heart of our people operations, supporting staff across WA. You’ll be the go-to person for HR queries, ensuring our systems, processes, and people experience are seamless and supportive. Your responsibilities will include: Coordinating onboarding, offboarding, compliance, and employee records. Supporting employee relations by preparing documentation and tracking key actions. Assisting with HR projects, and initiatives that foster a positive workplace culture. Contributing to reporting and continuous HR process improvements. About you: We’re looking for someone ready to step up and grow: Experience – at least 2 years in HR role with exposure to end-to-end processes. NFP or community/youth sector experience will be highly valued. People-first approach – empathetic, professional, and able to handle HR enquiries with discretion and care. Organised & detail-driven – confident juggling multiple priorities while maintaining accurate records. HR savvy – comfortable with HR frameworks, policies, systems, and award interpretation. Compliance ready – hold or be willing to obtain a National Police Clearance (within 6 months).
