Do work that matters As transaction banking sales specialists, we support the Client Relationship Management team in delivering c omplete Payments & Liquidity Solutions to institutional clients. You will be a leader and key Account Manager in a growing team that supports tier 1 and 2 NBFI clients. You will execute our Transaction Banking strategy to deliver differentiated experiences for these clients in the Institutional Banking and Markets segment. You will work with customers and stakeholders at all levels of seniority across the Group as you contribute to the overall success of the Transaction Banking Solutions business through strategic sales execution and effective client management. As a Director, you will support the Executive Director in key tasks which include but not be limited to: Develop and lead transaction banking relationships with C-Suite and Treasury executives, where you will use your industry knowledge to create a pipeline of opportunities based on Client needs and market developments Develop a deep understanding of clients’ key operating processes and identify viable improvement opportunities Lead RFP and re-contracting processes related to your client set, with the support of a strong bid team Provide unique insights into market conditions impacting CBA and its clients Develop and maintain client plans by identifying opportunities and associated client engagement strategies Work in partnership with internal business partners to deliver the best of our capabilities to these important IB&M clients Understand IB&M's product and solutions capabilities (with particular focus on transaction banking in NBFI) and contribute to their continuous development and improvement Liaise with colleagues and ensure key stakeholders are engaged on proposed transactions and opportunities in a timely fashion Adhere to the risk appetite of the Bank and ensure the team meets compliance, conduct, training and regulatory obligations.
