What We are Looking For: The Regional Account Manager is responsible for driving new business and managing existing customer relationships within an assigned region and federal government accounts. This individual contributor role is customer-facing, quota-carrying, and focused on executing Airlock Digital’s go-to-market strategy in collaboration with partners and internal technical resources. You will be responsible for the full sales lifecycle – from identifying and qualifying opportunities, leading product demonstrations (with pre-sales support), through to commercial negotiation and handover to customer success Key Responsibilities: Drive new business growth within the assigned territory by identifying and qualifying opportunities. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, strategic partners, and stakeholders. Execute against sales targets and KPIs aligned with company goals. Understand customer business drivers, pain points, and cybersecurity maturity to position Airlock Digital's value proposition. Collaborate closely with internal pre-sales engineers to deliver compelling product demonstrations and proofs of concept. Engage with strategic partners, resellers and Airlock Digital Channel team to drive indirect sales opportunities. Accurately maintain CRM records, including pipeline forecasting and activity tracking. Stay current with market trends, competitor offerings, and relevant regulatory frameworks (e.g. Essential Eight, DISP). Manage sales cycle – prospects through to onboarded customers. Negotiate commercial terms with customers. Provide an orderly and seamless hand-over of new customers to our Customer Success and Customer Support teams. Attend conferences and industry events to promote Airlock Digital. Required Skills & Qualifications: 5 years in technology sales. Experience executing go-to-market strategies and managing sales cycles across channels. Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets. Strong communication (both verbal and written), presentation and speaking skills. A sound understanding and working knowledge of cyber security industry, market and trends. Strong connections in relevant markets and/or ability to network with business owners and technology leaders of all-size. Experience managing full sales cycles from discovery to close. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively. Understanding of enterprise/government procurement processes.
