Service Account Representative - ACT & Southern NSW Location: Canberra, ACT Salary: $80K-$108K $16K car allowance bonuses Type: Full-time An exciting opportunity has become available for a Service Account Representative to join a leading organisation in the lift & escalator industry, managing the ACT and Southern NSW region. In this role, you will be responsible for driving service and maintenance contract sales, building strong customer relationships, and managing a healthy sales pipeline across a diverse portfolio of clients. This role suits someone who thrives in a structured sales environment and enjoys a mix of autonomy, customer engagement, and strategic account management. What You'll Be Doing Selling service/maintenance products, including contracts and chargeable repairs. Managing a sales pipeline and meeting revenue & margin targets. Conducting structured sales activities, forecasting, lead generation, solution development, tendering, and closing. Visiting customers across ACT, South Coast NSW, Riverina, and Central West NSW. Building strong relationships with internal teams—operations, engineering, service managers, finance, marketing, and field teams. Maintaining excellent customer rapport while managing your service portfolio and minimising debt. Embracing a structured sales methodology (Strategic & Conceptual Selling). What We're Looking For 3-5 years' experience in service sales, contract negotiation, or key account management. Experience within technical industries (lifts/elevators ideal but not required). Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities. Comfortable working with Microsoft Office and CRM tools. Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Engineering, or Business preferred.
