About the role: This national projects practice is highly regarded across Australia and will see you: working for "explorer" clients through to large national and international resources companies both locally and internationally; advising on renewables as well as traditional mining and resources projects from concept to completion; and involved in the project life cycle from the approvals process including environmental and native title issues through to land access as well as working closely with the corporate practice. Skills/Experience: To be considered for this role you will have: a genuine interest in native title, major projects and mining work; 2-8 years' post admission in planning and environment law, corporate, energy and resources, projects or high end property law; solid academics from your LLB; strong drafting skills and an ability to think outside the box; and the confidence to be given a good deal of autonomy while also working closely in a team on large projects.
