About the Role: We are seeking a commercially-minded Reliability & Maintenance Manager to lead and evolve the maintenance function at our high-output manufacturing site. This is a hands-on leadership role with the scope to drive both immediate operational performance and long term asset strategy. You will be responsible for ensuring maximum uptime across plant and equipment, building a preventative maintenance culture, and aligning the maintenance function with production, quality, and commercial goals. You’ll be a key member of the site leadership team, with the autonomy to challenge, influence, and drive positive change.
