WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING Preparing and serving a range of beverages – from crisp beers to classic cocktails Delivering friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable service at all times Taking food orders, running meals, and providing attentive table service when required Keeping the bar and service areas clean, stocked, and organised Following RSA requirements and promoting responsible service Operating the POS system accurately for orders and payments Assisting with opening, closing, restocking, and general service needs Supporting your team during busy periods across both bar and floor WHAT YOU’LL NEED RSA and RCG Minimum 1 year bar, floor, or hospitality experience Strong communication and a proactive, team-focused mindset Ability to stay calm under pressure and deliver quality service Flexible availability – especially evenings and weekends A positive attitude and genuine interest in hospitality WHY JOIN US?
