What you’ll be doing: Creating a warm, tailored, and sophisticated environment for every guest Building genuine connections to foster loyalty and encourage repeat visits Ensuring premium service standards are consistently exceeded Managing gaming transactions with accuracy and discretion Being an expert in our gaming offerings, loyalty programs, and responsible gaming practices Collaborating with the team to innovate and enhance the overall guest experience What we’re looking for: Experience delivering high-end, personalised service (ideally in gaming, hospitality or luxury settings) A natural relationship-builder with strong communication and presentation skills Deep knowledge of gaming operations and regulations RSA and Advanced RCG (mandatory) Someone who leads with integrity, attention to detail, and a commitment to our premium brand standards Why step into this role?
