Working with some of the nation's largest contractor's, they are involved in many of Victoria's Big Build projects in the infrastructure, rail and structures space. Now expanding into the water/sewer sector, they are seeking an experienced Supervisor to manage projects within the MRWA and utility sector. Role The Supervisor is responsible for the coordination and supervision of blue-collar employees, sub-contractors, plant, materials and logistics, ensuring all construction activities are controlled and coordinated to the Client’s standards while meeting/exceeding quality, time, safety and profit objectives. Responsibilities include; Complete daily site dairies and timesheets. Liaise with client representatives over site-based issues, working towards time efficient resolutions. Report regularly to Management on project performance and costs against company objectives. Review of all JHA’s, SWMS’s and work procedures under your control. Build and sustain relationships with clients, partners, suppliers, consultants, regulators and key community stakeholders. Monitor construction activities against budget and assist in corrective action measures where deviations occur. Background To secure this opportunity we are seeking a candidate with; Minimum 3 years Supervisory experience in the Water/Sewer sector. Certificate IV in Leadership and Management or equivalent preferred. Construction induction white card. Current Australian ‘C’ class manual Driver's License. Strong proven qualities of leadership, integrity, loyalty and performance management. Proven performance on successful Water/Sewer projects with an exemplary safety track record.
