About the role My client is seeking a detail-oriented professional to lead the creation and management of Microsoft Word templates that align with our organisation’s brand guidelines. This role will be responsible for standardising documentation across the business, ensuring consistency, usability, and compliance with corporate standards. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain Microsoft Word templates (.dotx/.dotm) using advanced features such as Styles, Themes, Content Controls, and Building Blocks. Implement document automation using VBA/macros, Office 365 tools, or Power Automate to reduce manual effort and increase accuracy. Translate brand guidelines into functional, user-friendly templates for a variety of business documents (reports, letters, proposals, contracts, etc.). Ensure templates are easy to use, maintain brand compliance, and are scalable across different teams. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver practical solutions. Provide training and guidance to staff on proper use of templates and automation features. Maintain version control and governance of templates to ensure consistency organisation-wide. About you To be successful in this role, you will have: Advanced Microsoft Word skills with proven experience in template creation and document automation. Strong understanding of corporate branding and ability to apply brand guidelines to document design. Experience with VBA, macros, and/or Power Automate for Office 365. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality outputs. Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
