Currently they are seeking a Senior Project Manager for their Adelaide operations to join the business on a permanent basis. YOUR NEXT ROLE: This is a key leadership position , overseeing a landmark $70M multilevel residential high-rise project. You’ll be the most senior project resource on site, responsible for delivering the build to the highest standard of quality, safety, and client satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include: Leading the project team and driving program delivery. Arranging labour, materials, and resources effectively. Managing subcontractor performance and relationships. Reviewing site reports, designs, and drawings. Monitoring progress against budgets and timelines. Ensuring safety, environmental, and quality standards are upheld. Communicating with stakeholders at all levels, including clients, consultants, and internal teams. You’ll be degree-qualified with significant commercial construction experience and a strong track record managing projects valued $20M in Australia.
