About the role Step into a ServiceNow Project Manager role within AC3’s Professional Services team, driving critical programs across ITOM and related modules. You’ll lead delivery for government and enterprise customers, with exposure to ITSM, SecOps, HRSD, and CMDB initiatives. You’ll manage scope, budgets and schedules, engage directly with stakeholders at all levels, and steer projects to successful outcomes, while being supported by a collaborative PMO and technical experts. What you’ll do Manage end-to-end ServiceNow projects from initiation through to operational handover Oversee delivery across ITOM, with exposure to ITSM, SecOps, HRSD and CMDB modules Track and report on scope, schedule, risks, issues, budget, resources and quality Build strong client relationships and ensure high levels of engagement and satisfaction Collaborate with engineers, consultants and stakeholders to resolve risks and issues quickly What you'll bring 4–6 years’ experience as a dedicated ServiceNow Project Manager Proven ITOM delivery experience; ITSM, SecOps, HRSD and/or CMDB knowledge desirable Strong customer-facing skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders Highly organised, adaptable and confident managing multiple concurrent projects MSP background is ideal; NSW Government project experience strongly preferred Relevant PM certifications (Prince2, PMBOK, Agile) are advantageous Benefits Competitive daily rate 6 month contract with extensions Hybrid work options and real work/life balance with a flexible 50% in office requirement Join a fast growing organisation with an awesome culture - 4 Best Places to Work in Australia!
