About the role Step into a Project Manager role within AC3’s Professional Services team, delivering diverse IT projects across government and enterprise clients. You’ll coordinate programs spanning infrastructure, cloud, cyber, networks and large-scale migrations. You’ll manage scope, budgets and deadlines, build strong client relationships, and work directly with senior leaders on high-impact initiatives, while being supported by a collaborative PMO that sets you up for long-term success. What you’ll do Manage end-to-end delivery of IT infrastructure projects - from requirements to operational handover Work directly with senior leaders and GMs on high-impact programs Gain exposure to a wide range of technologies: cloud uplifts, infrastructure builds, network, cyber, IRAP assessments, and migrations Engage stakeholders within government and enterprise clients across ANZ Ensure smooth transition of projects into ongoing support, balancing scope, risk, budgets, and deadlines What you'll bring Around 4–5 years’ total career experience in IT project delivery (e.g. 2–3 years as a Project Coordinator, ~2 years as a PM) Confident managing infrastructure or technology projects across various areas of IT Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, comfortable working directly with senior customers Organised, adaptable, and able to keep projects moving in fast-paced environments MSP or consultancy background is a plus, but not essential Benefits Competitive daily rate Flexibility to start on a 6-month contract with extensions, or the potential option to convert to a permanent role if preferred Hybrid work options and real work/life balance with a flexible 50% in office requirement Join a fast growing organisation with an awesome culture - 4 Best Places to Work in Australia!
