Be the welcoming face of an elite corporate environment and play a key role in creating a seamless experience for clients, colleagues, and visitors. Schedule & Eligibility: This permanent part-time role is Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, across two shifts: 8:00am–4:00pm & 9:00am–5:00pm. Please only apply if you can commit to these hours. As this is a permanent contract, only Australian Citizens or Permanent Residents will be considered. Key Responsibilities: Professionally greet clients, partners, and staff, ensuring they are promptly addressed. Respond to telephone and email inquiries promptly and professionally. Manage the booking system, confirming meeting rooms, catering, audio-visual equipment, and other facilities. Collaborate with the Client Services team to coordinate meeting/event set-up requirements. Assist with the planning and execution of both internal and third-party events. Maintain a tidy, welcoming reception area. Liaise with Facilities and Client Services teams regarding maintenance. Support internal stakeholders with bookings, meeting requests, and general ad hoc tasks. Support the Client Services Coordinator with administrative and reporting tasks. Adhere to WHS obligations and responsibilities.
