Job Description Reporting directly to the National Director | People & Performance, this role will play a crucial part in shaping and executing the overall HR strategy & objectives across the QLD business, whilst providing advice and expert guidance to specific business lines nationally. This role will provide coverage across multiple offices in Brisbane on the Gold Coast, and is supported by a group of high performing HR professionals including an established team of recruiters. The role will be responsible for the delivery of HR operational services & advisory including: Managing challenging employee issues demonstrating best practice. Developing relationships and influencing at a senior level and using this relationship to understand business needs and demands to tailor HR approach. Proactively work with Leaders in QLD to provide guidance and execute on employee engagement, retention & culture. Providing trusted advice and executing on employee relations matters. Delivering advice on management, coaching and advisory; and Dealing with State based workplace health & safety matters.
