This is a fast-paced, hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys variety, is comfortable advising line managers, and thrives in a consultative, unionised manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities: Supporting the full employee lifecycle : onboarding, offboarding, contracts, and documentation Managing some end-to-end recruitment , including liaising with labour hire agencies Advising line managers and operations staff on HR best practices , policy, and employee relations Supporting a unionised workforce and assisting with matters related to 4 enterprise agreements Providing generalist HR support across multiple regional sites - including occasional on-farm visits Contributing to the ongoing rollout and optimisation of the new HRIS - Employment Hero Your Profile Experience as a HR Advisor or HR Business Partner , ideally in food or pharmaceutical manufacturing Strong knowledge of IR/ER and experience working with enterprise agreements Ability to influence and advise stakeholders in a consultative, collaborative manner Comfortable working in a hands-on, fast-paced environment HRIS experience - Employment Hero highly regarded Willingness to travel occasionally to regional farm locations Apply Today Please send your resume by clicking on the apply button.
