In this role you will oversee the end - end HR operations through the employee life cycle, including on boarding and off boarding whilst co-ordinating and processing payroll for employees across multiple sites. Role Requirements: Oversee end - end HR operations Ensure HR practices comply with Australian employment laws & policies Up to date knowledge of Australian employment legislation Experience processing weekly payroll for employees Processing payroll for approx 200 employees across multiple sites Liaise with external payroll providers Manage workers compensation processes including claims lodgement Support hiring managers through the recruitment process Key Competencies Processing weekly payroll 3 years' experience in HR Qualifications in either HR or accounting High level of detail and accuracy in HR and payroll operations.
