Your team Reporting to the Chief Mental Health function, and as a key member of the Health, Safety & Wellbeing team, you will play an integral role in delivering on two key workplace culture initiatives. Do Work that Matters We are seeking a qualified and experienced Psychologist with a strong background in corporate environments and Human Resources (HR) to join our team on a 10-month contract. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in workplace culture best practices and a proven track record of implementing psychological safety culture initiatives. This role will play a critical part in enhancing employee well-being, fostering a positive organizational culture, and supporting strategic HR initiatives. Key Responsibilities Design and implement psychological safety programs and initiatives across the organization. Collaborate with HR and leadership teams to develop strategies that promote a healthy and inclusive work environment. Provide best practice advisory support in implementation of cultural strategy Facilitate workshops and training sessions on psychological safety, and cultural transformation. Analyze data and feedback to measure the effectiveness of culture and safety initiatives. Support change management efforts and contribute to HR policy development. Qualifications and Experience Registered Psychologist with relevant qualifications and certifications. Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate settings with a focus on HR and organizational development. Demonstrated expertise in workplace culture best practices and psychological safety. Strong facilitation, coaching, and interpersonal skills. Experience in designing and delivering training programs. Ability to analyze complex organizational issues and provide actionable recommendations.
