The Role As the HR Business Partner, you’ll be the go-to for all things people and culture. You’ll support the business through a period of change, including a restructure, and play a pivotal role in shaping the employee experience. Alongside day-to-day HR business partnering, you’ll also lead and contribute to projects that make a difference. Your scope will include: Partnering with leaders to deliver end-to-end HR support and advice. Managing and coaching the Team Assistant and Payroll Officer. Overseeing office operations and facilities, ensuring a smooth and efficient environment. Leading a HRIS system implementation project. Supporting organisational change initiatives, including a restructure. Driving engagement, performance, and development across the business. About You We’re looking for someone who brings both strategic thinking and a hands-on approach. You’ll be confident managing projects, navigating change, and building trusted relationships at all levels of the business. Ideally, you will bring: Previous HR Business Partner (or equivalent) experience. Strong knowledge of HR best practice, compliance, and employee relations. Experience managing small teams and mentoring junior staff. Exposure to HRIS or system implementation projects (preferred). A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with excellent communication skills.
