Process Worker – Thomastown VIC 3074 Immediate Start | Monday to Friday | 7:00 am – 3:00 pm Pay -$31.20/hr Australian Work Force is seeking a Process Worker to join Australia’s largest locally owned and operated cardboard core and tube manufacturer . This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive team and learn from experienced operators. About the Role We’re looking for someone who is reliable, willing to learn, and comfortable with repetitive tasks . A forklift licence is desirable but not essential. Key Responsibilities Packing goods from tube winding or re-cutting machines. Repetitive lifting of cardboard cores weighing between 1–10 kg, requiring good physical fitness. Assisting an experienced machine operator as needed. Performing in-process inspections in line with quality procedures. Maintaining a clean and safe work environment. What We’re Looking For Strong communication skills. Previous experience in process or production work. Ability to lift up to 10 kg repeatedly.
