We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Manager to join our leadership team. This role is central to ensuring financial stability, driving strategic planning, and supporting the growth of Singh Homes. The Finance Manager will oversee all aspects of financial management, compliance, and reporting while providing insights that guide executive decision-making. Key Responsibilities Develop and oversee financial strategies, budgets, and forecasts. Manage daily financial operations, including accounting systems, reconciliations, and month-end processes. Prepare accurate financial statements, reports, and performance analyses. Monitor cash flow, cost controls, and capital requirements. Ensure compliance with Australian accounting standards, tax obligations, and relevant regulations. Advise senior management on investment decisions, project viability, and risk management. Evaluate and report on the financial performance of development projects. Manage relationships with banks, auditors, and regulatory bodies. Lead the preparation and submission of tax returns, BAS, and statutory filings. Implement strong internal controls to safeguard company assets. Conduct variance analysis and provide recommendations for improvement. Support strategic business initiatives with financial modeling and scenario planning. Oversee payroll, accounts payable/receivable, and other finance functions. Mentor and manage finance staff, fostering professional development. Provide timely and actionable financial insights to the Directors. What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field (CPA/CA qualification preferred). Minimum 1 years’ experience in a financial management role, preferably within construction or property development. Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance requirements in Australia. Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with commercial acumen. Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results under deadlines. High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and integrity.
