About the role: We’re looking for a commercially astute, CA/CPA-qualified finance leader who blends strong technical capability with strategic insight and operational savvy. The role will focus on the commercial and operational aspects of the business – supply chain, pricing strategy, inventory management. You will also work closely with the CEO to shape direction, drive efficiencies, and influence decision-making. You’ll be comfortable challenging the status quo, bringing clarity to the numbers, and making a real impact on the business’s growth trajectory. Experience in multi-region, multi-currency environments, public company reporting, and exposure to the life sciences or GMP sector would be highly regarded. What you’ll bring: A proven track record in financial leadership within high-growth environments. Strong commercial partnering skills, influencing at all levels.
