If you have led a team of Data Analysts in the health domain this role is for you, great opportunity to be working on a large government health project as the Team Lead Technical Data Archival Specialist. We're expanding our Implementation Services team and are currently hiring for a Team Lead - to lead a team of 8 Technical Data Archival Consultants based in Melbourne to help deliver high-impact legacy data transition projects across Australia. Our client is transforming care delivery around the world by enabling healthcare organisations to retain and manage critical legacy data securely and compliantly. Through our innovative online platform, we ensure safe, long-term access to historical records—helping providers focus on patient care without compromising on compliance. What You’ll Be Doing Perform analysis and discovery on legacy EHR, Patient Accounting, and ERP systems Collaborate with client stakeholders to understand legacy workflows and data requirements Extract, transform, and load data into our Azure-hosted archival platform Work closely with ETL and software engineers to support various data formats and workflows Ensure data integrity and accuracy through rigorous QA and data validation Manage support tickets independently and deliver outstanding customer service Help healthcare providers retain compliant, accessible records post-system transition What We’re Looking For Strong "SQL skills" ( advanced level) Prior experience with leading a team Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities Self-starter with a passion for solving complex technical problems Ability to work independently and manage priorities Familiarity with clinical EHRs , patient financial systems , and non-patient systems (e.g. HR, Payroll, GL, AP, MMIS) Why Join?
