Role Description: Advance Thinking is currently seeking an experienced Application Delivery Associate Lead for a major enterprise program. This role plays a key part in ensuring the efficient delivery and governance of IT application development initiatives, aligned with business objectives and service level expectations. Key Responsibilities: Lead governance and reporting for the application portfolio. Manage stakeholder and vendor relationships to maintain consistent service delivery. Support major incident response and application development consultancy. Drive continuous improvement across development processes and methodologies. Ensure fiscal responsibility and alignment with broader IT strategy. We’re looking for someone with: Proven experience in application delivery or support within complex environments. Strong leadership in vendor management and stakeholder engagement. Solid grasp of governance, SLAs, and development lifecycle best practices. Previous experience in the insurance sector would be highly regarded. Preferred Experience: Leading teams or outsourced vendors. Increasing levels of responsibility in IT delivery.
