Oversee transformative partnerships, including our landmark five-year collaboration with Our Watch under the Educating for Equality initiative. Provide strategic direction, resourcing, and evaluation frameworks to ensure lasting, measurable impact. Click here to view the full position details: Senior Manager, Equality, Inclusion & Belonging This is a fixed term position for 18 months (36.75 hours per week) at the HEP Level 9 classification and the salary range is $128,446 per annum - $133,636 per annum, plus 17% employer superannuation contribution and offering annual leave loading What you bring: Proven leadership in equity, inclusion, and cultural transformation, with a track record of driving bold, systemic change in higher education. Strategic thinker with deep experience in complex stakeholder engagement, influence, and trust-building across diverse communities. Proven experienced in leading a high-performance team culture within complex organisational environments, fostering innovation and collaboration. Expertise in Progressive Inclusivity, embedding intersectional practices and inclusive excellence across academic, operational, and governance systems. Strong knowledge of Federal and State legislation relevant to both TAFE and Higher Education, with the ability to translate policy into practice. Comprehensive understanding of sector frameworks, including benchmarking, accreditation, governance, and quality assurance processes.
