Full time, Permanent role $103k - $106k (Dependent on experience) Super Salary Packaging Your Opportunity As a Clinician with Take Two, you'll carry a caseload of clients who are at varous stages of care, assessment and treatment. Therapeutic work can range from short-term to long-term. Some of the additional core responsibilities of the role incude: Conducting assessments and developing therapeutic treatment plans guided by the Neurosequential model and/or other clinical measures, with clear goals that are reviewed regularly. Work in collaborative manner with the client, family, and the care team to achieve the goals within the specified time frame. Provide face-to-face clinical services across the Hume Region. Undertaking consultation with leadership for complex cases to ensure clinical governance Take Two is a flagship site of the Child Trauma Academy implementing the Model of Neurosequential Therapeutics to guide intervention planning. About You We are looking for a values-based Clinician who understands the needs of children, young people and families in this sector. You will be able to demonstrate your work with a diverse range of clients, and how you have been creative and flexible in your clinical approach. You will have proven assessment, treatment and report writing skills, and will also want to further develop your clinical knowledge.
