About the role As the first point of contact for our residents, visitors, and families, you will create a warm, welcoming, and professional environment. Your role will be varied—no two days are the same—with responsibilities across reception, administration, rostering, recruitment, and compliance. Key responsibilities Greet and assist residents, families, and visitors in a courteous and professional manner. Manage incoming calls, direct enquiries, and handle messages efficiently. Register and monitor visitors in line with security and safety protocols. Maintain accurate staff files for employees, contractors, volunteers, and students. Support onboarding and offboarding processes with the People & Development team. Assist with rostering, filing, data entry, mail, and other administrative tasks. About You Experience in reception, customer service, or administration (aged care or healthcare desirable). Fluency in Vietnamese – essential. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Professional, approachable, and organised, with strong attention to detail. Experience with rostering systems such as Humanforce or Time Target (desirable). Confident using Microsoft Office and other computer systems. Other requirements A current, full drivers licence for the State of Victoria which is appropriate for the type of vehicle being driven and comply with any restrictions on their licence (e.g. wearing glasses). It is a mandatory requirement when working in the Aged Care sector to have a valid Police Clearance or National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) Worker Screening Clearance, or potentially both, to undertake the inherent requirements of this role.
