The Financial Controller will oversee and manage all aspects of financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance within the SaaS space. This temporary role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with a strong background in accounting and finance. The role will commence as a short-term 3 month assignment with possibility for extension. Description The Financial Controller will be responsible for, but not limited to: Prepare and manage financial statements and reports in compliance with accounting standards. Oversee budgeting and forecasting processes to support business planning. Ensure compliance with regulatory and tax requirements. Provide financial insights and analysis to support decision-making. Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure financial stability. Collaborate with internal teams to streamline financial processes. Supervise and guide the accounting team to achieve departmental goals. Assist with audits and implement recommendations as needed. Profile A successful Financial Controller should have: A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Professional certification such as CPA or CA (preferred). Strong technical skills in financial reporting and analysis. Experience in a similar role Be adaptable and be able to work independently and autonomously Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. Effective communication and leadership skills. The ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
