Clerk 5/6 role with a base salary of $99,938 - $110,271 12% Superannuation Located in Sydney CBD Temporary 12-month opportunity with the potential to extend or be made Ongoing About the Role We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Administration Officer to join our team at the Office of the Inspector of the Independent Commission Against Corruption (OIICAC) and Office of the Inspector of the Law Enforcement Conduct Commission (OILECC). In this role, you will work with the Principal Legal Advisor to assist in managing the operations and carrying out critical administration tasks for OIICAC and OILECC. We're Looking For · Strong written and verbal communication skills: Ability to prepare minutes, presentations, and correspondence that support the work of Inspectors and the Principal Legal Advisor. Assists with the drafting and follow-up of documentation relating to team activities, ensuring it meets quality and confidentiality standards. · Experience providing exceptional customer service: Supports the Principal Legal Advisor in the management of complaints by handling sensitive information with discretion. Provides high-quality front-line service by responding to enquiries, offering initial guidance, and escalating issues where necessary. · Administration and project support: Supports small projects and contributes to the development and improvement of business systems, procedures, and workflows to enhance team efficiency. Assists the Secure Monitoring Unit with administrative and project-related tasks, including data collation from inspections and preparation of related materials. We value diverse experiences.
