The ideal candidate will have similar experience in engineering or professional consultancy and pride themselves on exceptional communication & customer service skills. The main purpose of the Administration Assistant is to ensuring local office environment is engaging, welcoming and conducive to being a place where people can thrive. In contributing to the creation of such an experience this role will assist in ensuring each office is a welcoming, safe, tidy, vibrant and engaging space where staff and visitors alike can do their best work. Day to day tasks include but are not limited to: Managing daily administrative functions Answering phones and welcoming visitors Processing timesheets Coordinating and administering meetings and social events including arranging catering Induction and onboarding of new staff Skills and experience Demonstrated success in an administrative role Prior experience within engineering, construction, or professional services will be highly regarded High level organisational, coordination and prioritisation skills Exceptional communication skills with a commitment to delivering a high-quality customer experience. A strong working knowledge with business and project Management software packages Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office suite This is a 6-month fixed term contract with the potential to extend or join permanently.
