About You This role will suit an experienced CEO or senior executive with deep NFP/philanthropy expertise and stakeholder influence. You will bring: Demonstrated success in business development, partnerships, and income diversification . A passion for food systems, agriculture, or sustainability Experience in community-based programming Proven senior leadership experience , with the ability to engage boards, inspire teams, and deliver strategic outcomes. Financial literacy, including budgeting, reporting, and compliance. An empathetic, people-first style and proven ability to lead with authenticity.
