As our Office & Events Coordinator, you’ll be the heartbeat of our vibrant workplace curating memorable events, supporting smooth daily operations, and making sure every BlueRocker and client feels welcome, connected, and inspired. NOTE: This role is available as a full time or part time (4 day a week) schedule. What you'll be doing: Coordinate and track internal and external events, including organising internal lunches, division meetings, company catered lunches and internal lunch mixers. Organise and set up for internal and external events, including decorating the office for holidays and celebrations (Christmas, Halloween, EOFY, etc.). Book meeting rooms for events and ensure rooms are tidy and prepared for both staff and clients. Order, organise, and manage event supplies, including alcohol, fruit, pantry items, and stationery. Arrange pull-up banners, event name tags, business cards, and merchandise for events. Manage general office communications – ensuring smooth day-to-day running and supporting team collaboration for events. Support onboarding/offboarding tasks, including desk setup, IT monitor configuration, and name tag creation. Contribute to event-related projects and initiatives as listed in Asana. Assist with proactive and reactive office tasks and support the facilities/admin team when required. Participate in office experience improvements, such as surprise-and-delight activities, distributing fruit, and supporting wellness activities (flu shots, table tennis tournaments, etc.). Assist with the setup and maintenance of meeting rooms, including the BlueRock room and high-capacity venues. Play a key role in making BlueRock the best workplace for staff and clients through outstanding office and event experiences. Requirements A collaborative and enthusiastic team player Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and client management skills Prior experience using project management software like Asana is highly desirable.
