This role will see you; Accurately manage customer, vehicle, and inventory data in internal systems Ensure correct banking details are received and recorded Coordinate external invoicing with the onsite Finance Manager Enter supplier invoices against vehicles Record Roadworthy Certificate (RWC) details Allocate registrations per VicRoads compliance Process online transactions Support the sales team with accurate data entry and customer paperwork Organise and maintain dealership records, including signed contracts and documents
