Senior-level Systems Engineer opportunity with a leading regional MSP What’s in it for you? What you’ll be doing: Supporting the day-to-day stability, troubleshooting and improvement of the organisation’s full IT environment Managing ~200 WAPs and 80 switches, VLANs, routing, and wireless infrastructure (Cisco, Aruba or Unifi) Maintaining and enhancing on-prem systems including server clusters, SAN, UPS, DR/failover site Working closely with internal teams and vendors to improve resilience and performance Acting as the senior technical point of contact, ensuring system uptime, network reliability, and DR readiness Contributing to project work and providing input on future-state infrastructure improvements Experience required: Demonstrated hands-on experience with Cisco, Aruba or Unifi networking gear Strong background in managing on-prem server infrastructure, including SANs and UPS systems Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, and ideally Hyper-V Ability to troubleshoot issues independently and confidently in a live production environment Exposure to infrastructure planning or design is a strong bonus About the company: This role sits with one of the region’s most respected MSPs, supporting a high-performing client with a large footprint and mature technology stack.
