We’re expanding and are looking for a dedicated Enrolled Nurse to join our Access Aged Care team across Gosford and Wyoming. What You’ll Do Provide clinical management and coordination across residential aged care facilities in Gosford and Wyoming. Conduct regular resident reviews and support person-centred care plans. Work closely with a multi-disciplinary team, supported by a Nursing Regional Manager and admin staff. Build strong relationships with residents, families and facility partners. What You’ll Bring Diploma of Nursing and AHPRA registration. A minimum of 18 months Enrolled Nurse experience (leadership experience highly regarded) Strong organisational, problem-solving and communication skills.
