What You Will Be Working On You will support the sales team and General Manager with the customer journey from initial inquiry to successful installation. You will have direct customer contact across various industries from healthcare facilities to hospitality venues. You will become the vital operational connection between clients and internal teams. Responsibilities include; Manage sales inbox Preparing quotes Managing sales orders Coordinating deliveries and installations Invoicing CRM updates Prepare client presentations What does success look like You're someone who thrives on bringing order to complexity and takes genuine pride in creating seamless experiences for others. Your natural organisational abilities, combined with your sales coordination experience, mean you understand both the details that matter and the bigger picture that drives results.
