The role Reporting to the Company Secretary, you will: Draft agendas, board papers and maintain action-item registers; Accurately minute board and committee meetings; Update and manage statutory registers and compliance schedules; Liaise with stakeholders to gather papers and facilitate approvals; and Support governance processes, including policy reviews and director inductions. You’ll be part of a supportive corporate team, ensuring timely governance and enabling senior leaders to focus on strategy. About You You will have: A diploma or degree in business, law, governance or similar; 2 years’ experience in corporate governance, legal support or company secretariat; Exceptional attention to detail and strong written communication; An ability to juggle competing deadlines with discretion and resilience; and A collaborative mindset, proactive approach and high integrity.
