In this role you will be supporting the Human Resources and Talent teams in the administration of all steps of the employment lifecycle. The role is 38 hours a week, worked over 5 days between 8am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday, with flexible starting and finishing times. This role is for an experienced administrator and not suitable for a HR Graduate seeking an entry level role. The Day to Day may include: Contract and Letter generation Maintain the HRIS data and ensure data accuracy Managing of inbox queries and distributing as required Invoicing Assist in following up candidates and candidates with compliance checks Experience required: Qualifications or relevant experience in Office Administration. Demonstrated ability to confidently communicate both written and verbal with internal and external stakeholders. Proven high level of accuracy and attention to detail Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel a must) Experience in working with sensitive matters Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously and also in a team environment Knowledge of and/or experience with database systems Working within a Human Resources or Recruitment team desirable New Horizons benefits; We offer salary packaging up to $15,900.00 pa, monthly RDOs (yes please) and an entertainment allowance of $2,650.00 and Fitness Passport are all on offer at New Horizons.
