Job Description Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Lead and Divisional TA Manager to coordinate recruitment: - create targeted advertisements highlighted by employment branding that will source the best candidates. Build and maintain talent pools, shortlist, advise, recommend and negotiate with stakeholders. The role is supported by a Talent Acquisition Administrator and a wider support team. Partner with stakeholders to understand current and anticipated workforce requirements Develop and implement candidate sourcing strategies End to end recruitment - writing creative job advertisements, screening applications, advising hiring managers, interview coordination and 360 feedback. Source passive candidates & build talent pools Ensure the delivery of a positive candidate experience Report on recruitment progress and outcomes
