Job Description Workforce Scheduling & Planning: Develop and maintain staffing rosters, monitor staff availability and leave, coordinate casual staff, and manage emergency labour hire plans with third-party agencies Staffing Support: Resolve workforce-related issues, including leave and emergency shortages, and provide HR policy guidance to Area Managers Compliance & Reporting: Ensure adherence to child safety and service standards, and generate reports on staffing, attendance, and workforce trends for senior management Training & Development: Ensure casual staff maintain certifications and complete mandatory training, such as First Aid and child protection Employee Engagement & Retention: Foster a positive work environment, address employee concerns, improve retention, and implement strategies to enhance casual staff satisfaction
