The position is responsible for co-ordination and management of the work of the independent Judicial Commission and any investigation panel established under the Judicial Commission Act. This involves day to day management of complaints, including conducting preliminary inquiries, investigation, analysis of records, preparing reports and hearing briefs, as well as engagement with Commission and panel members, complainants, legal advisers, legal representatives, witnesses and other stakeholders.
