Stabilise is looking for a upbeat, cheerful, compassionate and skilled Exercise Physiologist to join our team. Your role will have great flexibility and a supportive work environment. Stabilise is health clinic with Physiotherapy, Remedial Massage and Exercise Physiology. We are based in Castle Hill and provide an outstanding service to the Hills District and beyond. We pride ourselves on quality practicioner services and our clinic space/environment. The optimal client experience is our focus. You will be working in both clinic and patient home environments. The ideal candidate will have experience working with: People from the general population. Those with a physical disability. People living with or recovering from chronic illnesses, cardiovasucular concerns and diabetes. People suffering sports injuries or requiring sports specific training. MVA injuries and work related injuries. Pre/post surgery patients. Required skill set: Knowledge of how to apply evidence-based exercise interventions. Able to conduct initial fitness and health assessments, evaluate cardiovascular function, physical / functional strength and capacity, and metabolic condition. Design safe, individualised exercise programs according to needs and limitations. Monitor patient progress and adjust exercise prescriptions based on outcomes and goals. Educate clients on proper exercise techniques, lifestyle modifications, and the benefits of exercise. Liaise with physiotherapists, specialists and other healthcare professionals for wholistic patient care. Maintain documentation of assessments, exercise plans, and patient progress. Supervise and program for group exercise sessions. Maintain appropriate continued education. Credentials: Bachelors Degree Current AHPRA registration, and SIRA number.
