This is a fantastic opportunity to build your skills and grow with a dynamic and evolving business!Day to day you will:Review and process accounting entries Assist in the processing of accounts payable, including coding invoices and setting up vendors/contributors in accordance with company proceduresPerform monthly balance sheet reconciliations, ensuring that discrepancies are identified and resolved promptlySupport the month-end closing process, including journal entries, accruals, prepayments and account reconciliationsAssist in the preparation of accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for the businessEnsure adherence to accounting policies and regulatory guidelinesContribute to the improvement of accounting systems and processesAssist in the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial reportsQualificationsWhat you'll bring:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is desirableProven experience in a financial accounting or assistant accounting roleExceptional attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to spot discrepancies and resolve issues promptlyStrong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with both internal teams and external stakeholdersAbility to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work effectively under pressureAdditional InformationHow we workAt Nine, our flexible work options vary by role and team.
