This pivotal role will act as the crucial bridge between the national Sales organisation, our technology teams and our valuable Customers. Your role will be multifaceted with a huge focus on Sales as the CRM advocate for the sales user, championing functionality, usability, and workflow efficiency while reaping the benefits of a multi-platform CRM for the first time. The realisation of this project is monumental - for the first time, Nine will be able to have a singular view of a customer across every way that they choose to buy media with us!The ideal candidate is a seasoned Salesforce expert with a passion for empowering sales teams, driving transformative change, delivering outstanding results and leveraging insightful data to achieve outstanding commercial results.Day to day you will:CRM Strategy & Leadership: Define the CRM's strategic roadmap and act as the key business stakeholder, ensuring the platform's functionality and user experience meet the needs of our national sales organisation. You will translate business requirements into clear development priorities and define performance KPIs.Adoption & Change Management: Develop and execute a comprehensive change management and adoption strategy to embed the CRM into daily workflows across all sales teams. You will lead training initiatives, workshops, and support materials to foster a culture of CRM excellence and accountability.Performance & Continuous Improvement: Oversee the ongoing maintenance and continuous improvement of the CRM, prioritising feature requests based on business impact. You will define and monitor data and insights reporting, providing senior leadership with actionable strategies to optimise sales processes.Team & Stakeholder Management: Lead and mentor a small team of CRM specialists, serving as the central point of contact for all CRM-related matters. You will foster strong relationships with key stakeholders across Sales, Finance, and Technology to align the CRM strategy with Nine's broader commercial objectives.QualificationsWhat you’ll bring:Seasoned Salesforce Expert: Proven experience leading a CRM strategy, holding key certifications (e.g., Sales Cloud Consultant, Administrator) and possessing expert-level proficiency in Salesforce Sales Cloud.Proven Leader & Change Agent: Demonstrable success leading a team while driving enterprise-wide CRM adoption and change management initiatives, resulting in measurable improvements to sales workflows and data quality.Strategic & Commercially-Minded: A natural ability to translate senior business objectives into a tangible CRM roadmap. Experience within the media, advertising, or a related fast-paced industry is strongly preferred.Exceptional Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to communicate, influence, and build consensus with stakeholders at all levels, particularly with senior leaders across Sales, Technology, and Operations.Data-Driven & Analytical Approach: Strong analytical skills with proficiency in using reporting and BI tools to develop KPIs, track performance (pipeline health, user adoption), and deliver actionable insights.Additional InformationHow we workAt Nine, our flexible work options vary by role and team.
