The opportunity Due to organic growth the Corporate Finance team are seeking a Senior Analyst or Associate to support the management and execution of key engagements with private and public clients across a variety of industries. Depending on your experience and interests, you may focus on either the financial due diligence, valutaions or mergers & acquisitionsleaders. Key responsibilities will include: Managing end-to-end financial due diligence assignments for both buy-side and sell-side transactions Creation and preparation of marketing materials, and supporting the overall deal process Analysing financial data and preparing robust valuation models and forecasts Identifying commercial risks, deal-breakers, and value drivers in target businesses Supporting clients with capital raising activities and investor communications Mentoring junior team members and contributing to their development About you We are looking for a driven and technically strong professional who thrives in dynamic, high-pressure environments. You are naturally analytical, comfortable engaging with clients, and bring a proactive approach to problem-solving.
