We're seeking a Transactional Finance Transformation Lead to spearhead process improvements and standardization initiatives across transactional finance functions. Key Responsibilities: Process Innovation & Automation Design and implement accounts payable and receivable process improvements to increase efficiency, accuracy, and controls. Lead automation initiatives to minimize manual tasks and streamline routine operations. Develop process documentation, SOPs, and controls for sustainable improvements. Collaborate with finance and systems teams to support ERP enhancements aligned to transformation goals. Month-End Process Optimization Drive improvements in the month-end close process by working with accounting, AP, and AR teams to reduce timelines while ensuring data integrity. Identify bottlenecks and implement scalable, standardized solutions for smoother reporting and reconciliations. Centralisation & Standardisation Support the centralisation of regional finance operations into shared service centres. Facilitate the global standardisation of templates, reporting, and processes to ensure compliance and consistency. Qualifications & Experience: Essential: Proven experience managing end-to-end AR, AP, and accounting processes in a global or complex business environment. Expertise in best practices for transactional finance processes, controls, and standardization. Adept at identifying and implementing process improvements, including automation. Strong problem-solving, communication, and relationship management skills. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Desirable: Experience leading finance transformation initiatives or projects. Willingness to travel internationally to collaborate with global teams.
