Key Responsibilities Deliver exceptional, personalised service that exceeds client expectations and reflects our high standards Design and sell premium travel experiences including luxury cruises, 5-star accommodation, private tours, and business class airfares Confidently manage a diverse range of bookings, including fly-cruise packages, bespoke itineraries, and complex multi-stop journeys Consult on every element of the trip: destinations, climate, visa requirements, cultural nuances, local highlights, and more Maximise revenue opportunities by identifying up-sell and cross-sell possibilities tailored to client interests Build and maintain a database of loyal clients and qualified leads through referrals, follow-up, and proactive engagement Use airline, cruise, hotel, and tour booking systems to manage end-to-end reservations Maintain accurate client records, quotes, itineraries, invoices, and payments Resolve customer issues with empathy and a proactive, solution-focused approach Participate in and support new product initiatives, marketing campaigns, and company-wide promotions Stay current on luxury travel trends, supplier offerings, and exclusive experiences to continually elevate the service you provide About You A minimum of 5 years' experience in the travel industry, ideally with a strong background in luxury cruise and premium leisure travel Proven success in selling high-end cruise lines (e.g. Silversea, Seabourn, Viking, Oceania, Uniworld, Regent Seven Seas) and tailor-made land and air packages Deep understanding of business class and premium airfare products and how to integrate them into full-service itineraries Skilled at creating complex, personalised itineraries that combine multiple elements into one seamless experience Strong sales acumen with a proven ability to build and maintain a loyal client base Excellent communicator, both written and verbal, with strong attention to detail and customer care Capable of managing time effectively, meeting deadlines, and handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Experienced with Microsoft Office and computerised reservation systems Committed to professional presentation, ethical conduct, and continuous improvement Qualifications & Skills Required Certificate III in International Travel & Tourism or equivalent industry experience Demonstrated success in a consultative travel sales role, with a focus on luxury and premium products Strong GDS experience (Sabre, Amadeus, Galileo) Knowledge of cruise, accommodation, tour, and airline suppliers across high-end market segments Ability to work autonomously while contributing to team success Strong customer service background with a solutions-first approach Experience working under pressure and delivering consistently high results Willingness to adopt and apply internal systems, policies, and processes Why Join Us?
