The Role We are seeking an experienced and proactive MSP Program Lead to join our People Solutions team. This is a pivotal client-facing leadership role where you will take ownership of the successful delivery and continuous improvement of a national Managed Service Program (MSP). Reporting to the General Manager – People Solutions, you will be responsible for overseeing daily program operations, managing supplier performance, enhancing client relationships, and driving data-led improvements. This role will suit someone with a strong background in workforce solutions, vendor management, and stakeholder engagement, ideally within an MSP or VMS environment. Key Responsibilities Lead the day-to-day operations of the MSP, ensuring on-time and high-quality delivery across multiple client sites Build strong client relationships as the primary point of contact, ensuring alignment with service expectations and performance KPIs Manage vendor onboarding, service level performance, and continuous improvement reviews Identify and mitigate compliance and operational risks Use data analytics and dashboards to monitor program health and support strategic decision-making Support the adoption and integration of technology platforms (e.g., VMS) in collaboration with tech-dev Drive innovation, process improvement and stakeholder engagement across workforce delivery Skills and Experience To thrive in this role, you will bring: Proven experience in managing or delivering MSP or VMS programs (essential) Strong client and stakeholder management skills, with a focus on delivery and service excellence Sound knowledge of vendor performance management and compliance requirements Commercial acumen and an understanding of workforce solutions or labour hire operations Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to present insights and influence change A collaborative mindset and the ability to lead through others to achieve shared goals What We Offer In return for your commitment and energy, you’ll enjoy: A competitive remuneration package A hybrid working environment and flexibility in location Exposure to national clients and strategic workforce programs Career development opportunities within one of ANZ’s most recognised staffing organisations Ongoing training, development, and support from experienced leaders How to Apply Click the apply button to submit your application, including your CV and any relevant supporting documentation.
