Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and oversee daily production schedules across multiple machines and work areas. Lead daily machine reviews and Toolbox meetings. Apply trade knowledge to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues. Manage materials, monitor stock levels, and coordinate preventative maintenance schedules. Restructure workloads when operational changes occur and prepare shift handovers. Enforce WHS protocols and quality compliance across all processes. What You'll Bring: Relevant trade qualification (e.g., Fitter & Turner, Metal Fabricator, Toolmaker, or similar). Demonstrated experience in a manufacturing or precision machining environment. Proven background in working with sheet metal fabrication and assembly. Strong leadership and communication skills to manage people and processes effectively. High-level problem-solving capability and a proactive approach under pressure. Physical capability to work with tools and lift sheet steel as required. Why Join Us?
