Receptionist Full-Time - 38 Hours per Week We are seeking a professional and organised Receptionist to provide essential support across our Property Management, Sales, and Executive teams. This role requires someone who can maintain a polished office environment while managing administrative and reception duties efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Manage reception duties including greeting visitors and answering phone calls. Conduct stocktakes and replenish office materials. Support Property Managers and Sales teams with data entry and routine admin tasks. Ensure the office is presented to the highest standard at all times. Provide personal and professional assistance to the Directors as needed. Assist with repetitive and ad-hoc administrative tasks across the business. Candidate Profile: Outstanding presentation and professional communication skills - non-negotiable. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Highly organised, self-motivated, and capable of working independently. Experience in Sales, Property Management, or Commercial Property Management is a plus but not essential.
